With a major step up in performance this new generation Street Triple RS has a significantly updated 765cc triple engine, developed by Triumph’s Moto2™ engine team, that delivers track-ready levels of power and torque.
The Street Triple has always set new benchmarks with its revolutionary, category-defining, game-changing ride. Now, the new RS has raised the bar all over again.
Features may include:The sharper, more purposeful new headlights are whiter, brighter and more conspicuous, incorporating Daytime Running Lights in applicable markets.
The improved TFT instruments have 2nd generation graphics schemes and better functionality, with Bluetooth connectivity already enabled for use with the accessory-fit module for GoPro control, turn-by-turn navigation, and phone/music operation.
The freer flowing silencer with twin catalyst reduces restriction and lowers emissions, and is beautifully finished with carbon fibre detailing for added style.
Up and down quickshifter enables smooth, comfortable gear changes while maintaining the accelerator position, making the Street Triple RS perfectly capable on track.
The distinctive new bodywork brings even more attitude and sporty style, including fly screen, air intake, side panels, rear unit, seat cowl and belly pan.
Fully adjustable Showa big piston forks are 41mm diameter with 4.52-inch (115mm) front wheel travel. The fully adjustable Öhlins STX40 piggyback reservoir monoshock RSU has 5.15-inch (131mm) rear wheel travel.
As well as the Brembo M50 4-piston radial monobloc front calipers, and Brembo single piston sliding rear caliper, the Brembo MCS ratio and span adjustable brake lever adds even more functionality for expert reliable stopping power.
Bringing greater rider comfort and reassuring control, the slip and assist clutch introduces a light clutch action to reduce lever effort. The slip action reduces wheel hop and chatter, should heavy braking be required.
The Street Triple’s gullwing swingarm brings a balanced combination of torsional stiffness and lateral flexibility which maximises stability at higher speeds for greater rider confidence.
